In the backyard you can enjoy the shade until late in the afternoon. There is also a pull-out clothesline attached to the wall.

• Private 16 m2 pool with waterfall, railing and bench seat. Next to the pool there is also an outdoor shower.  There is lighting and heating in the pool so you can swim in the evening and in the colder months. 

• On the second floor there is a south-facing terrace accessible from both the front bedroom and the hallway. Here there is a lounge set for 4 people and there is also a pull-out clothesline.  Even in the winter months it is pleasant to stay here in the sun and out of the wind.

• On the second floor is a solarium with outdoor kitchen, furnished with a lounge set for 6 people and 2 sunbeds. If you want to enjoy the last hours of sunshine, this is the place to be.  There is also cozy garden and terrace lighting provided so you can enjoy the beautiful summer evenings until late.
 

• In December 2024, we invested in a new spacious pergola for our roof terrace. This will provide extra shade during the day in summer, but will also be a cosy place to spend cozy summer evenings and even enjoy the warmth out of the wind in winter. The solarium is now half covered so there is certainly still more than enough space to enjoy the sun.

• In the drawer of the TV cabinet there are several board games provided including a few smartgames, uno, playing cards, rumikub.  In the side storage room there is also a soccer, ball for the pool, 2 sets of petanque balls and a set of crossminton rackets.

We charge a deposit of €15/night for this.
This cost includes: - Start-up cost heated pool on arrival: 50 euros - For the rest of the stay we only charge for the energy actually used. Given that the energy consumption of the pool heating during cold days can reach 15 to 20 euros per day, we ask an advance of 15 euros per day for this. At the end of the stay we make the settlement. If you have used less, you will be refunded together with the deposit. If you have used more, we will deduct the difference from the deposit.
